Front Office Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the dental practice calendar with optimal efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal information and treatment details.
  • Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with financial processes, such as processing payments, managing insurance claims, and discussing treatment costs with patients.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the front office and clinical areas.

Requirements:

  • Previous dental experience with knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and general dental practice operations.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software.
