Job Title: Claims Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Advisor to join our team. As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for processing health insurance claims in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your primary focus will be on verifying policyholder eligibility and coverage details before claim adjudication.

In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. You will need to effectively communicate with customers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries and issues related to health care products and benefits.

A key aspect of this position is maintaining accurate data entry and documentation of claim details in our system. You will also be required to coordinate with healthcare providers to validate treatment and billing information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in claims processing systems and MS Office tools.
  • Fluency in English (speak, read, and write).
