About the Role

The Glenorchy City Council is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to drive the strategic direction of the organisation and lead a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who can foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and courageous leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and leading high-performing teams. You will have experience in senior leadership within local government, the public sector, or a similarly complex organisation, and be able to think big, challenge the status quo, and deliver results.

You will also have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire. A passion for community service and a deep understanding of local government is essential. A leadership style that is confident, inclusive, and forward-thinking is also required.
