Product Design Leader

Do work that matters in a collaborative, customer-first environment. You will craft seamless digital experiences for millions of users, shaping product and customer experience through end-to-end design from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead discovery work to uncover user problems, identify opportunities, and inform product strategy through research and workshops.
  2. Translate insights into concepts, user flows, and prototypes to test hypotheses and validate assumptions with stakeholders.
  3. Create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs that align with the design system and balance user desirability with engineering feasibility.
  4. Apply systems thinking and design thinking to shape offerings for digital service environments.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineers, Content designers, and Legal/Risk throughout the agile lifecycle.
  6. Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class UX at all stages, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities with customers and product stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of human-centred design methodologies and pragmatic application in fast-paced agile environments.
  • Excellent interaction and UI design skills with strong attention to craft.
