Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of our product range from concept to market launch.

  • Analyse and report on the performance of existing products, identifying opportunities for refinement or expansion.
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, production, and launch.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and partner teams, providing clear briefs and guiding designs to meet project goals.
  • Ensure new products align with sustainable values and can be engineered and manufactured effectively.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth development and delivery.
  • Work alongside marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product management or buying within furniture, homewares, or a related design-driven industry.
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to assess aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Experience managing designers and guiding creative development processes.
  • Understanding of sustainable and ethical production practices.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and supplier negotiation skills.
