Aged Care Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations and clinical care of our Residential Aged Care facility in Toowoomba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team, driving performance, workforce planning, and other human resources initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams and frontline staff to foster a positive culture.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performance.
- Drive efficient operational and financial management of the home.
Requirements:
- A results-driven approach with a focus on customer service and leadership.
- Experience in Aged Care is highly valued.
- Demonstrated capability and experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven operational leadership skills and experience.
- Valid Police Check.
