We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to take on the challenging role of Fleet Operator Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

- Effectively manage client contract requirements by allocating suitable vehicles and fleet operators.
- Provide expert recommendations on fleet management issues.
- Ensure that sub-contractors' workload adheres to fatigue management guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for all parties involved.
- Meet and exceed client service levels and performance metrics.
- Handle telephone inquiries and tasks assigned from time to time with professionalism and courtesy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a rapidly expanding organization, with expertise in effectively planning loads for fatigue management.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and fleet management software systems.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with the team and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with technical competence, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Self-motivated, efficient, proactive, and professional with respect for confidentiality and company policies.
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvements by adhering to occupational health and safety regulations, improving efficiency, and monitoring work deadlines.
