Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary liaison between agencies, clients, and pre-press stakeholders to ensure accurate artwork and quality standards.
  • Manage artwork from design to print, collecting necessary information required from cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the cross-functional approval process and manage communication across multiple global locations.
  • Brief off-site production studios and maintain product launch timelines using online project management tools.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, assessing designs for printability and advising stakeholders on graphic opportunities, limitations, and cost-saving possibilities.

A high degree of fluency in English is essential, both spoken and written. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the graphics industry, with knowledge of retail packaging design, artwork management, and print production techniques such as Gravure, Flexo, and Litho.
