As a seasoned Architectural Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently and driving design excellence across all projects.

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our project team in delivering high-quality commercial-scale projects.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • - Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of post-graduate professional experience in commercial-scale projects, with advanced skills in REVIT and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Architecture, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' local industry experience
  • Proficient in REVIT and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong understanding of BIM workflows
  • Previous experience in industrial and commercial projects is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
  • Excellent collaboration and delegation skills, capable of leading and monitoring junior team members
