Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Conference and Events Operations Assistant Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of extraordinary events in a luxury setting. As a key member of our high-performance team, you will assist in overseeing the operations of conferences, meetings, weddings, gala dinners, and other special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of event logistics and execution
  • Collaboration with the Conference and Events Operations Manager to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Management of multiple events simultaneously, ensuring exceptional customer service and attention to detail
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

To succeed in this vital role, you will require:

  • Experience in event management or hospitality, with a background in supervisory or assistant manager roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Possesses a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
