Your Role

You will design signature cocktails to delight our guests with new taste experiences, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
