IT Support Analyst - Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents and requests in the ITSM ticketing system, communicating with customers through various channels, and troubleshooting general IT issues.
  • Additionally, they will perform account administration tasks, including password resets and access requests, and contribute to improving user support by actively responding to queries and ensuring the successful resolution of escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid technical knowledge with the ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
  • Customer service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory services.
