Driven to deliver strategic business value, we seek a seasoned Business Solutions Specialist to drive organisational performance through analytical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align business objectives with technical development and operational life cycles, leveraging financial acumen in ICT services.
  • Conduct commercial analysis to inform strategic decision-making, evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Analyse and consolidate data to create compelling business cases that support organisational objectives and provide effective ICT support.
  • Design data collection and reporting tools, and apply these tools, processes, and benchmarking.
  • Develop and implement financial management practices to optimise digital project expenditures.
  • Gather and document user requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
  • Lead the design, documentation, and development of financial requirements and functional specifications using financial models and analysis tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated superior communication skills with advanced stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven experience conducting workshops with business and technical stakeholders, eliciting technical and business requirements.
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of financial principles and practices in ICT services.
  • Experience with benefits management and realisation, working with teams to design and develop benefits realisation and measurement plans.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience as a business analyst. A Business Analysis certification such as IIBA or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) is highly desirable.
