Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum

This role involves providing bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea to clients. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients through various channels, offering guidance on CPAP equipment setup and service requirements, collaborating with healthcare professionals, promoting product range and services, maintaining clinic equipment, and processing orders.

About the Role:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients
  • Engage clients through in-person, phone, and email communications
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment and ongoing service needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
  • Promote and upsell product range and services
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
  • Maintain inventory and process clinic orders

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional communication skills, independent clinic management capability, broad experience with customer service, proficiency with Google Suite applications, a keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines, and strong organisational and administrative skills.
