About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team at JLL. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for driving the asset management strategy for our clients, ensuring the optimal performance and value of their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset management plans to achieve client objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate asset registers, including asset attributes and specifications
  • Work with vendors and stakeholders to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Provide guidance and training to facilities staff on asset data collection and management
  • Oversee the maintenance schedule and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Compile reporting to meet the requirements of the asset management assurance framework
  • Use analytics to track maintenance history and spend, and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent diploma (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
  • Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and interpretation
  • Understanding of maintenance compliance, Australian Standards, and Building Code of Australia requirements
  • Ability to extract and analyze data into clear and logical reports
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
