Director Role Opportunity

The Concord campus is situated near Sydney Olympic Park and Bicentennial Park, offering ample space for children to explore and learn.

A strong ECT or Diploma qualified advocate and leader is sought to join our service as Director.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of the centre with a focus on key areas: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial performance.
  • Ensure the successful operation of the five pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial performance.
  • Promote ongoing professional development and CD training.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong ECT or Diploma qualification.
  • Leadership and operations experience in early childhood education.
  • Ability to oversee the five pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial performance.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and CD training.
Professional Development & Training:
