
Strategic Healthcare Planner

As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in the operational planning and management of designated services within complex healthcare settings. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, with clear alignment to project objectives.
You will collaborate closely with senior executives and stakeholders to develop strategic plans that meet the needs of diverse patient populations. Your strong analytical skills and ability to think critically will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with interprofessional healthcare teams to promote patient safety and well-being. You will also serve as an expert resource, providing guidance on clinical governance, operational planning, and ethical challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational planning and management
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of clinical governance and operational planning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
