Job Title: Aboriginal Child and Family Service Lead

Job Description:

The Aboriginal Child and Family Service Lead is a critical position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to supporting vulnerable families in South West Sydney.

As the lead, you will establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve access to health services for Aboriginal families in the region. Your role will also involve embedding culture in practice and upholding cultural integrity within clinical governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A postgraduate qualification in health or social science area;
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams;
  • Ability to embed culture in practice and uphold cultural integrity within clinical governance;
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
