Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Melbourne. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, conceptual, and detailed design phases for large-scale transmission line projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of technical documents, including process calculations, specifications, and drawings in a digital engineering environment (e.g., BIM).
  • Manage digital design information, including drawing registers, transmittals, and change request documentation.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates for design and construction (D&C) phases, ensuring technical accuracy and budget adherence.
  • Oversee the development and compilation of project documents, coordinating with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of years' experience in a comparable technical field, preferably in transmission lines or similar projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including technical report writing.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Experience working within a team environment and managing autonomous tasks.
