Senior Solution Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect in the Public Sector, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of cloud services within critical strategic accounts.

You will work with public sector customers in the Australian Government, National Security, and Defence, architecting innovative solutions for all stakeholders.

The role requires owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, developing deep expertise in cloud technologies, and broad knowledge of how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform.

You will possess communication skills that allow you to represent your employer well within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel, as well as a technical background that enables you to easily interact and give guidance to software developers and architects.

The ideal candidate will think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, holding or being able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance.

  • Drive technical solutions discussions, diving deep into details with customer teams.
  • Build relationships to understand our customers and partners, influencing various stakeholders from technical teams to executives.
  • Act as a thought leader in the wider community, educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
  • Shape the direction of our products and services by gathering feedback from customers while collaborating with engineering and service teams.
