Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Associate Director to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to and promote Mindshare values.
  • Possess a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
  • Create a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture.
  • Work collaboratively with client team throughout the campaign development process.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively on all matters.
  • Deliver a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.
  • Utilize proprietary and industry tools & systems for campaign implementation.
  • Understand and apply the Mindshare Process at each stage.
  • Obtain necessary certifications for required platforms.
  • Provide accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.
  • Develop trusted relationships with media owners.
  • Ensure financial procedural adherence across all touchpoints.
  • Follow Group M SOX Compliance and auditing processes.
  • Ensure timesheets are completed with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Some Marketing or Agency career experience applying the core marketing competencies, utilizing your formal education in a practical setting.
  • 3 – 5 Years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques, and processes.
  • TV buying is essential.
