Job SummaryWe are seeking a Marketplace Associate Director to lead, manage, and inspire our investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TV buying and a strong understanding of the media landscape.
Responsibilities- Adhere to and promote our company values and culture.
- Work collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines to deliver work in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clear articulation, both written and spoken.
- Deliver a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.
- Build effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools to deliver market-leading campaign implementation.
- Develop trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suites and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
- Ensure financial procedural adherence and follow GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes.
- 3-5 years of experience in media agencies or the broader media industry.
- TV buying expertise and knowledge of the media landscape.
- Strong understanding of proprietary and industry tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
