At our organisation, we strive to reimagine the way vehicles can be repaired. We're dedicated to providing a choice of options that suit their needs.

We're seeking an experienced professional who will play a crucial role in analysing data or insights to determine consumer trends regarding products and categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively supporting the testing and validation of new products, resourcing existing product SKU's as required, building and driving relationships with key customers, both internal and external, and vendors to improve pricing and quality of services.

This exciting opportunity involves developing best practice benchmarks for product usage at each AMA group site. You will also facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings with customers to understand their needs and where required assist with ordering.

The successful candidate will analyse sales reports to understand potential areas for improvement for each customer and liaise with operational staff as required to support the levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Analyse and develop accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data.
  • Understand the market and consumer insights and trends.
  • Experience in building business relationships/customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess the ability to professionally represent the organisation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the automotive repair business and practices is an advantage.
