**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Officer. This role involves processing invoices, maintaining supplier master data, preparing supplier statement reconciliations, and scheduling pay runs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and process them accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier master data
  • Prepare and review supplier statement reconciliations
  • Schedule pay runs in accordance with standard company payment terms
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
  • Process national accounts, payroll deductions, employee expense claims, and prompt payments
  • Identify improvements and efficiencies to the accounts payable process

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar high-volume accounts payable role
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience with a large ERP system
