Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team at Vistry North Midlands.

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care services to all clients and customers.

  • You will provide technical advice and assist office-based staff in resolving customer queries.
  • You will carry out remedial works as deployed by the customer service team in occupied and unoccupied properties.
  • You will organise and prioritise your workload, reviewing defects lists to ensure that any materials required are collected prior to customer appointments.
  • You will complete works to a high standard of quality in line with NHBC/LABC/Premier standards, on time at the first visit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General carpentry, making good, painting, and decoration, dry lining, tiling, and grouting.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing and ability to diagnose basic plumbing issues.
  • Mastic and sealant skills to accord with the NHBC consistent approach to finishes.
  • A keen eye for detail and final finish.
