Job Title: Specialist Learning Support Teacher

The OneSchool Global - Swan Hill Campus is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Learning Support Teacher to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting students with additional learning needs, running intervention programs, and providing program support to teaching staff.

  • Support students with high needs in Primary and Secondary faculties;
  • Run and oversee intervention programs;
  • Plan curriculum programs for students with additional learning needs;
  • Write Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provide program support to teaching staff;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus;
  • VIC registration as a teacher;
  • Relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications;
  • Skills in identifying and evaluating student needs, differentiating instruction, collecting and analysing data, creating IEPs, and providing professional guidance;
  • Comfort in embracing modern teaching methods and technologies, including video conferencing and online resources.
