The University of Melbourne is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Course Administrator at the Mindful - Centre for Training and Research in Developmental Health.
This is a part-time 0.8 FTE position, with opportunities for continued growth and development within the Centre. The successful candidate will work closely with the Victorian Director, Advanced Training Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, to administer all aspects of multiple courses, including enrolment, timetabling, organisation of supervisors, setup of weekly classes, and maintenance of the online Learning Management System (Canvas).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Victorian Director, Advanced Training Child & Adolescent Psychiatry in course preparation
- Manage all aspects of student administration for multiple courses
- Share responsibility for reception duties, mail collection and distribution, venue bookings, stationery orders and other general administration tasks
- Provide occasional executive assistance to the Centre Manager and Centre Director
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has experience in Zoom videoconferencing, and holds a current and valid Working with Children Check.
