We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Associate to join our global fintech team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for eCommerce brands, introducing financial solutions that help scale their businesses. You will engage prospects through calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn/social selling, booking qualified meetings for senior account executives and building long-term relationships with founders.

- Build long-term relationships with founders.
- Participate in structured training via our revenue development program.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in sales and business development, with the potential to move into a senior account executive or customer success role within 12-18 months.
