Network Officer Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Network Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to diverse audiences.

The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will engage with passengers and drivers, fostering safety and educating them about the use of ticketing products and public transportation systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service and assistance to passengers
  • Providing educational support and guidance on ticketing products and public transportation systems
  • Participating in community engagement programs or activities
  • Maintaining passenger and driver safety by maintaining a visible presence onboard public transportation services
  • Completing daily reports on activities and incidents

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate and resolve situations
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Well-presented, polite, and courteous demeanor
  • Assertive and able to ask customers questions
  • Ability to follow set procedures and policies
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to write reports
