At our company, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to drive the growth of our business and collaborate with a team during tendering, ECI/FEED studies, and executing D&C projects.

About the Role:

  • The Electrical Project Engineer will be critical in delivering Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects, coordinating all electrical activities across assigned projects with the engineering team and consulting engineers.
  • This includes planning, scheduling, executing, and monitoring electrical engineering work to ensure compliance with Australian standards, project specifications, and internal quality and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver NPI projects on time and within budget by managing electrical engineering work and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team and consulting engineers to coordinate electrical activities across assigned projects.
  • Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor electrical engineering work to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade qualification with strong technical and computer skills.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in design and construction, particularly in NPI projects.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and review complex electrical drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise effectively across engineering, construction, and client teams.
