Job Description

As a senior quality engineer, you will play a key role in performing automation and performance testing, quality engineering activities, and ensuring alignment to client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quality engineering initiatives with 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership
  • Develop and maintain business requirements and track changes
  • Ensure all components provide quality and maintain compliance with governing standards
  • Lead different modules and interfaces with proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Perform quality engineering in banking domain and systems
Technical Requirements
  • Experience working with API Automation tools such as RestAssured, Postman
  • Experience with automation tools Selenium, Playwright, TOSCA, qTest
  • Experience working with BFS Products like Temenos T24, Finacle, SIBS
  • Experience with AWS cloud-based solutions
  • Experience with agile project management tools JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps
  • Expertise in performance test tooling like LoadRunner, K6, performance engineering
  • Strong technical skills in one or more of CI/CD, SQL, middleware, AWS, GCP, messaging systems

Understanding metrics such as response time, throughput, and error rates is crucial in identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing system performance. A good grasp of system architecture, including hardware, network, and software components, is necessary for diagnosing and resolving performance issues.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' Test Lead experience and/or 5+ years' experience in software engineering/technical leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and priorities
