As a passionate OSHClub team member, you will be part of an organization that lives by its core values of being considerate, courageous, and passionate.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to manage the Ipswich Junior Grammar Outside School Hours Care service. You will lead a team of Educators and work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours.

About the Role

You will manage the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance, administration, and roster management. You will foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement child-centered programs with exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Manage the operational aspects of your service, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community members.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
  • A passion for working with children and families.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team.
  • A relevant qualification or experience in childcare or education.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including discounted health insurance, fitness and wellbeing discounts, and exclusive family discounts.
