We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to lead our team in Strathtulloh, VIC. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional before and after-school care services to children at our partnered school.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of a fun, safe, and compliant program that meets the needs of our young clients. This includes creating daily plans and organizing activities that foster a positive environment for learning, fun, and play.

As a key member of our team, you will also supervise and support a group of primary-aged children, prepare and serve healthy food options, and build meaningful relationships with families and the school community.

To succeed in this role, you must have an engaging approach to childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to form strong connections with children, families, and colleagues. A valid Working with Children Check and relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, are essential requirements.

This is a permanent full-time position, offering above award hourly rates, split shift and laundry allowance, industry-leading performance bonuses, and other benefits. About You:

  • You have an enthusiastic & engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships
  • You have completed or are studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain one)
  • You have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)
