About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service at a primary school. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the service, developing and implementing engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years, and fostering healthy relationships with children, parents, and the school community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate child-centered programs that promote learning and development
  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and staff development
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and the school community
