Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendant to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a casual position with the potential for additional hours during peak periods.

About the Role

This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and shared areas, replenishing supplies, tidying storage areas, checking appliances, safely disposing of waste, and reporting any maintenance needs. You will also respect guest privacy and protect property while working collaboratively to deliver excellent service.

About You

  • You have previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
  • You have strong attention to detail, great time management, and are able to work independently
  • You are a friendly, warm, customer-focused communicator with a team-first attitude
  • You are physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work (e.g. lifting, bending, walking stairs)
  • You are confident using cleaning tools, products, PPE, and site vehicles like buggies
