Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. As a Room Attendant/Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel rooms and ensuring a delightful stay for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are met.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain a pristine environment.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other hotel staff to meet guest needs and requests.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage.
