Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Room Service Attendant II to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages in hotel rooms and other areas of the property, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking accurate orders from guests and serving food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner
  • Handling monies collected from guests efficiently
  • Maintaining station cleanliness at all times to meet health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least one year of experience in high volume service environments or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is essential
  • Familiarity with menu items and basic mathematical skills are necessary
