Automotive Engineering Job Opportunity

New opportunities have arisen in a leading automotive design company that offers a variety of design engineering services for clients in the trucking and parts sector.

This role is suited for mechanical engineering graduates and students who are passionate about working in the mechanical engineering field. You will join a dynamic team for a 12-week internship to assist with the design and execution of various automotive parts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and product development of various products, including creating technical specifications and conducting research & development activities.
  • 3D modelling using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Assessing product design viability for production, initiating and handling production trials, and assisting with fabrication or component design when needed.
  • Reviewing product test results and liaising with senior engineers and specialists to ensure smooth production processes.
Key Learning Areas During Your Automotive Engineering Internship:
  • Experience working with production line design from start to finish.
  • Design testing and assessment, including participation in formal design validation processes.
  • Evaluation of different manufacturing methods and conducting virtual validation testing for various designs.
