As a Senior Manager – Acquisition Marketing at Latitude Financial Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract and convert new customers.

Your role is critical in driving business growth through innovative marketing campaigns, data-driven insights, and collaboration across teams. Leading a team of marketing professionals, you will ensure all efforts align with organizational objectives and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing acquisition marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies for improved ROI.
  • Oversee the acquisition marketing team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and product offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risks.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in acquisition strategies.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in acquisition marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and drive results.
  • Excels at collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possesses a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Has a Google Marketing Platform certification (plus but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience partnering with digital agencies to develop and optimize innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
