Senior Injury Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Senior Injury Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing pre-litigation aspects of serious injury applications and resolving granted common law matters.

This critical position requires exceptional organizational skills, deep knowledge of serious injury and common law processes, and strong stakeholder management to ensure efficient, just, and cost-effective outcomes for clients injured in transport accidents.

Key responsibilities include assessing applications, facilitating Serious Injury conferences, negotiating settlements, and delivering high-quality customer service aligned with our organization's values.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all pre-litigation aspects of serious injury applications.
  • Resolve granted common law matters.
  • Assess applications and facilitate Serious Injury conferences.
  • Negotiate settlements and deliver high-quality customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including legal professionals and medical practitioners.

Superior negotiation and decision-making skills with experience in negotiating complex claims.

Specialized knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology, traumatic injury treatments, and current case law.
