Strategic Learning and Teaching Leader

**Job Title:** Strategic Learning and Teaching Leader
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Learning and Teaching Leader to join our team at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing evidence-based teaching practices across the school.
Key Responsibilities:- **Lead and Develop Evidence-Based Teaching Practices:** Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement evidence-based teaching practices that cater to the individual needs of students.
- **Collaborate with the Learning and Assessment Team:** Work with the Learning and Assessment Team to ensure that all students receive targeted, evidence-based practices.
- **Facilitate Professional Development:** Prepare and facilitate professional development for staff in line with the School Improvement Plan.
- **Observe and Provide Feedback:** Observe classroom instruction and provide feedback to teachers to determine next steps.
- **Implement Positive Behaviours for Learning:** Understand and implement Positive Behaviours for Learning (PBL) to create safe and effective teaching and learning environments.
- **Minimum 5 Years Classroom Teaching Experience:** A minimum of 5 years classroom teaching experience across various levels P - 6.
- **Evidence-Based Teaching Practices:** A high level of understanding and implementation of evidence-based teaching practices.
- **Further Study or Post-Graduate Qualifications:** Further study or post-graduate qualifications (or the commitment to further study).
