Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong business and customer relationships by actively pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction while achieving agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Develop competitive quotations based on client requirements and ensure effective budget management.
  • Report on project status and progress while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Manage labour and plant/equipment resources effectively and ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role with strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-management abilities, with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt positively to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formal Engineering or Construction Management qualifications (preferred), along with current Electrical licence, Driver's Licence, and White Card (General Construction Induction).
  • Cabler's licence (preferred).
