As a key player in our Service division, you will be responsible for quoting, managing projects, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and success. This role reports to the Client Service Manager and focuses on client relationships, project outcomes, and sales targets.

Responsibilities:- Establish strong business and customer relationships by actively pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction while achieving agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Develop competitive quotations based on client requirements and ensure effective budget management.
- Report on project status and progress while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Manage labour and plant/equipment resources effectively and ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements.
- Proven experience in a similar role with strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-management abilities, with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt positively to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal Engineering or Construction Management qualifications (preferred), along with current Electrical licence, Driver's Licence, and White Card (General Construction Induction).
- Cabler's licence (preferred).
