Administrative Professional Wanted for Melbourne-Based Data Entry Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in Melbourne's South eastern suburbs. This is a contract position initially for 3 months with a view to extend.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a global firm and may lead to permanent positions within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manual confirmation of runsheets where necessary
  • Review of automatic confirmation for major errors, and release of postponed jobs as required
  • Reconciling external subcontractor invoices to confirmed runsheets
  • Creating and matching purchase orders to confirm external tipping
  • Ensuring accuracy of revenue by review of reports and initiating corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Background in a similar administrative role
  • Experience working across accounts and admin combined would be advantageous
  • Proficient computer literacy

Please note that this role requires you to be based in the office and does not offer remote work options.
