Payroll Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of pays to meet award requirements and time frames.

We are seeking a skilled payroll specialist to join our team, someone who has the knowledge and experience to manage payroll data accurately and efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and thrive in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will have minimum of five years previous payroll experience, preferably within the health industry. They will also possess sound knowledge and understanding of Awards, preferably within the health industry.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing payroll data, including new employee details, timesheets, award increases, variations to contract or conditions, and terminations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum of five years previous payroll experience, preferably within the health industry.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
