- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and case notes, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Business Development: Support the business development and onboarding function, including the assessment and suitability to provide services in line with company policies and procedures.
- Relevant Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in the healthcare industry or similar.
- Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of aged care and/or other health-related services.
- Customer-Focused Experience: Experience and success in working in a customer-focused service business.
- Enrolled Nurse - AHPRA: Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
