Job Description

The Cleaning Operations Manager role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient team management. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support cleaning teams across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
  • Oversee daily operations, guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  • Foster strong client relationships and promptly address service needs.
  • Manage staffing, including rostering, recruitment, and staff development.
  • Maintain budgetary control, resources, and performance to attain business objectives.
  • Carry out regular inspections and audits to sustain high service standards.
About the Ideal Candidate

Prior experience in cleaning or facilities management, or a similar operational role is highly desirable.

Strong leadership and people management skills are essential for success in this position.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Familiarity with OH&S practices and compliance requirements is necessary for this role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems is an advantage.
