About This Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Screening patrons entering and exiting premises to guarantee compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitoring patron behavior to prevent potential conflicts and promote a safe atmosphere.
  • Effectively de-escalating tense situations by utilizing negotiation techniques and remaining calm under duress.
  • Documenting incidents according to established procedures and reporting them promptly.
  • Conducting emergency evacuations and administering first aid when necessary.
Requirements
  • A valid WA Crowd Control license is mandatory.
  • A current First Aid Certificate is essential.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
  • Rights to work in Australia are necessary.
  • Availability to work weekends in the evening is crucial.
  • Strong English communication skills and conflict resolution abilities are vital.
  • Prior Defence Force experience or martial arts training is highly regarded.
  • Leadership experience within Crowd Control is also highly valued.
