Role Overview

A creative and dynamic visual communications specialist is needed to join a commercial property team. This part-time role involves designing and producing digital and print assets, as well as coordinating property marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print collateral, including brochures, signage, and information memorandums
  • Craft and implement effective property marketing strategies across digital and print platforms
  • Collaborate with the agency team to bring creative ideas to life visually
  • Manage online property listings and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing initiatives
  • Website management, improvements, and monitoring (Squarespace experience preferred)
  • Client CRM database management and general administrative support
Skill Requirements
  • Strong creative and design skills, with hands-on marketing experience (real estate background an asset)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva a bonus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
