**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the distribution of service parts to Field Service Engineers.
  • Administer the calibrated tool register, ensuring accurate dispatch and receipt.
  • Manage service parts ordering on a weekly basis and returns on a monthly or as-required basis.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison for Technical Service operations.
  • Oversee the movement of demonstration and new equipment, including dispatch and receipt.
  • Maintain accurate records in Technical Service systems.
  • Administer departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Generate monthly reports in SAP and ServiceMax.
  • Monitor Technical Service bulletins and updates.
  • Route phone calls to Field Service Engineers.
  • Ensure adherence to all Quality and ISO requirements.
  • Attend meetings and training as directed.
  • Provide backup support for the Field Service Operations Specialist.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • High level of commitment to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Administrative and customer management skills.
  • SAP and ServiceMax (Salesforce) experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a service dispatch environment is highly desirable.
  • Warehouse experience, including operation of pallet jacks and physical labor, is highly desirable.
