Job Overview

We seek a strategic planner to spearhead the effective preparation and planning of work packages.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in electrical network planning, construction, or maintenance and demonstrate exceptional decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ensure that work packages are scoped accurately to enable efficient execution.
  • Coordinate materials, services, and fleet to be available on-site at the right time for seamless delivery.
  • Pack work efficiently to optimize travel time, reduce supply interruptions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare robust planning folders with all required documentation to support field delivery.
  • Validate and update Reasonable Estimates (REs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Book third-party services such as civil works and traffic management to support timely delivery.
  • Conduct system transactions including scheduling and planning entries to support operational readiness.
  • Visit sites to assess safe and efficient delivery methodologies tailored to each location.
  • Notify relevant authorities and secure equipment to meet compliance and operational standards.
